4th Tuesday Regular meeting: Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at 2:00 p.m., St. John's Church Parish Hall, 3245 Central at Greer (enter thru the door on Greer). This month's meeting will be a Share and Care Meeting. Patients will be led by Mary Ann Kann and Caregivers will be led by Ann Pate.

Annual dues of $20 per family are due January of each year. We request that your dues be paid by check, not cash. Please mail your annual dues of $20 per family to the Mid-South Parkinson's Disease Foundation, 1512 Pine Shadows Drive, Memphis, TN 38120. You can also give it to Ann Pate at the next meeting. If you are paying in cash, please put your payment in an envelope with your name on it. If you are unsure if you have paid, please check with Ann Pate.
